The story
SEMI/ROMANTIC was founded by Donna and Alexa, who bonded over their love for beautiful things. More than another lingerie label, the house creates high-quality, timeless luxury lingerie with sustainability at its core — feminine and luxurious without being overtly suggestive, comfortable without giving up elegance, made to stay with a woman for years rather than a season.

The house was brought to life by two close friends, Donna and Alexa, who share one vision of quality and detail, and who work with a team of women — tailors and suppliers alike.
Craftsmanship
Each piece is handcrafted by an all-female atelier, cut to flatter rather than to constrain, in eco-certified lace and Tencel jersey.
Sustainability
Pieces are made from TENCEL™ lyocell and recycled polyester, and produced ethically by an all-female team in Portugal that the founders visit on a regular basis. The fabrics are as diverse as the women who wear them.
