Our commitment

JAANTE is headquartered in Brussels and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We design our services with privacy in mind, collect only what we need, and give you meaningful control over your data.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

How to exercise your rights

The fastest way to request access, correction, deletion or portability is through our data request portal. You can also email legal@jaante.com. We respond within one calendar month.

What we collect and why

We collect contact and company details to operate applications, memberships, marketplace introductions, academy programmes and editorial newsletters. Technical data is used for security and, with consent, for aggregated analytics. See the Privacy Notice for the full picture.

International transfers

Where we use service providers outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Notice and to comply with legal obligations. Inactive accounts are reviewed and may be anonymised or deleted.
