1. Who is responsible for your data?

JAANTE, a fashion agency headquartered in Brussels and represented by founder Julie Atenda, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and related services. Contact us at legal@jaante.com for privacy questions.

2. What data we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email, company name, country, application answers and membership details — as well as technical data collected automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information and cookies. Analytics data is collected only with your consent.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to operate the Services, process applications and memberships, facilitate marketplace introductions, deliver academy and community features, send editorial communications, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (for newsletters, analytics and optional features), the performance of a contract (for memberships and marketplace activity), or our legitimate interest in operating a secure and relevant platform. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing and transfers

We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to run the Services — such as hosting, email delivery and analytics partners — under appropriate data-processing agreements. Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area; in such cases we rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
