Marketplace Terms

1. Nature of the Marketplace

JAANTE Marketplace is a curated B2B introduction platform. It is not an e-commerce checkout and no wholesale transaction is completed on this site. JAANTE facilitates connections between maisons in residence and approved buyers; actual orders, contracts, payments, shipping and returns are agreed directly between the parties.

2. Eligibility

Buyers must apply and be approved before accessing wholesale information or initiating RFQs. Maisons must be accepted into residence and maintain an active membership. JAANTE reserves the right to decline, suspend or remove any participant.

3. RFQs and introductions

An RFQ submitted through the platform is an expression of interest, not a binding order. The maison may accept, decline or propose alternative terms. JAANTE is not a party to any resulting contract.

4. Accuracy of information

Maisons are responsible for the accuracy of their brand profile, product information, pricing and availability. Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of their company information and purchase intentions.

5. Fees

Membership and residence fees are described in the Membership Terms. JAANTE does not charge commission on orders placed through the platform unless otherwise agreed in a separate commercial agreement.

6. Conduct

Participants must interact professionally and in good faith. Harassment, misuse of contact information, circumvention of JAANTE’s curation process or other harmful conduct may result in suspension or termination.

7. Disclaimers

JAANTE curates participants but does not guarantee the quality, fitness for purpose or delivery of any product. Disputes between maisons and buyers are resolved directly between them.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the Marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance.
