Academy Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to all JAANTE Academy programmes, including live cohorts, on-demand modules, mentorship sessions, certificates and any related materials (the “Programmes”).

2. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once an application is accepted and any required fee is paid. Some Programmes are exclusive to JAANTE members; others may be open to the public subject to capacity and approval.

3. Access and use

Access to course materials is granted for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share login credentials, reproduce content, or distribute materials to third parties without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All course content — videos, texts, exercises, templates and brand materials — is owned by JAANTE or its partners. Your participation does not confer any licence to reuse this content outside the Programme.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation policies are published on the relevant programme page. Generally, cancellations made more than fourteen days before a cohort begins may be eligible for a refund or credit; later cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued based on attendance and assessment criteria defined for each Programme. They are personal to the enrolled participant and may not be transferred.

7. Changes

JAANTE may update Programme schedules, instructors or content. We will notify enrolled participants of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
