Membership Terms

1. Membership tiers

JAANTE offers two annual memberships for brands: Curated Brand (€600 / year) and Maison Collection (€1000 / year). Benefits, visibility and services differ by tier and are described on the Memberships page.

2. Eligibility and approval

Membership is subject to application and editorial approval. Submission of payment does not guarantee acceptance. JAANTE may decline or revoke membership if a brand no longer meets our curation standards or these terms.

3. Fees and renewal

Membership fees are charged annually in advance. Memberships renew automatically for successive one-year periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are sent in advance.

4. Cancellation

Members may cancel renewal at any time through their Studio account or by emailing memberships@jaante.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. No partial refunds are provided except where required by law.

5. Member obligations

Members agree to maintain accurate brand information, respond professionally to buyer enquiries, respect intellectual property rights, and uphold JAANTE’s editorial and sustainability standards.

6. Benefits and editorial judgement

JAANTE exercises editorial judgement in promoting members, selecting stories and featuring products. Membership does not guarantee placement, press coverage, buyer matches or sales.

7. Termination

JAANTE may suspend or terminate membership for breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, or behaviour that harms the community or brand. Terminated members forfeit remaining benefits and may be removed from public listings.

8. Changes

These terms and membership fees may be updated. Material changes are notified to members in advance. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
