The method
Small rooms, long attention.
Every cohort is small enough to remain a conversation. Sessions are held in daylight, around a table, with paper — never a webinar wall of faces.
We study real dossiers: a maison to position, a buying range to build, an origin to document. What you leave with is a practice, not a certificate.
