The story
James&Co is an Australian house pioneering clothing and accessories in cruelty-free organic textiles and 100% plant-based, plastic-free leather alternatives. Its jackets — the zipped biker, the collarless moto, the tailored blazer and the belted trench — are tailored only in textiles that cause no harm to people, animals or the environment. In 2022 the house stopped using partly plant-based "vegan leathers" altogether, because their polyurethane content still means fossil fuels, plastic and landfill.
Craftsmanship
Outerwear cut in plant-based leather-look textiles; accessories in FSC-certified washable paper, natural cork, eco canvas and organic cotton.
Sustainability
